It is the intent of the Board of Governors and Club Management to limit house rules and regulations to the minimum required for mutual enjoyment of the club by all of its Members and guests. The obligations of enforcing these rules is placed primarily in the hands of a carefully selected and trained staff whose principal responsibility is to assure you of all the courtesies, comforts, and services to which you, as a Member of a private club, are entitled. It is the duty of each Member to know club rules and to cooperate with the Board and the staff in the enforcement thereof.
New Member Enrollment Sessions
By direction of the Board of Governors, each new Bienville Club Member, prior to utilizing the privileges of Membership, is required to complete a New Member Enrollment Session with the Club Manager.
Member Statements
Monthly statements will be mailed the 1st of each month. Statements will contain all charges through the 30th of the prior month and dues for the coming month. A Member's account is considered delinquent when it remains unpaid after 3:00 p.m. on the 30th of the following month. A 10% charge will be added to all delinquent accounts; (maximum $10.00). The accounting office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Service Charge
All food, beverages and services rendered are acknowledged by signing your check with your name and Membership number. An automatic 18% service charge is added to each check in addition to city, county and state sales tax. A Christmas Fund is established annually for distribution to all regular club employees.
Responsibilities of Membership
Members of the Bienville Club do realize certain vital responsibilities upon their acceptance into membership:
-To abide by the House Rules
-Timely and current payment of Club account
-To perpetuate the membership, the Lifeblood of the Club, through sponsorship of qualified individuals.
