One of the best benefits of your membership is during Mardi Gras. For two weeks the club is transformed into a whirlwind of activity, festivity and merriment. Tradition rules at the Bienville Club during Mardi Gras. We offer the best in Mardi Gras fun. With plenty of lavish buffets, drinks, fun and friends, Bienville Club is the place to be. For 43 years your club has been an integral partner in the Mardi Gras festivities.
Over the years Members have come to expect the best during the season of Mardi Gras.
Kings & Queens and Mardi Gras fans flock to the stands to catch what they can from the passing floats. Then it’s back up stairs for a break and some food. Whether you crave a snack or a trip to the buffet, the food is tops at Mardi Gras.
Club members need to print and mail in this Member Authorization form to participate in the 2010 Mardi Gras Season.

Stand passes go on sale Thursday, January 14, 2010 for $35 plus tax and are good for all parades!
Member Guidelines for Making the Most of your Club Headquarter
*Member private viewing stands on St. Francis Street for Members and Guests only.
*Advance reservations parade nights ~ Dinner & Buffet, Bayview & Bienville Rooms.
*Seating on first-come, first serve basis in LeHavre, Lounge and Dining Room.
*You must personally sign for passes and tickets. If you give authorization to your Guests to use your Member account, you must send a signed letter with the names of your Guests and specific instructions to Stephanie in our Accounting Office prior to their arrival.Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Cash options available. *Children must be accompanied by parents in elevators and club stands. Please remember the children when using stands - they are small and want to enjoy the experience too.
*Drinks are not to be taken out of Club and are not allowed on Club stands.
*Smoking not permitted in clubrooms or on stands for fire safety reasons.
*You will need a Stand Pass, BC Membership Card, or Building Pass to access parking garage.
*For your enjoyment and safety we ask your patience and that you assist Club staff in fulfilling our responsibilities to you.
